company, was established in year 2019 in Johor bahru. The company name, M.S.S.C.E donates to the owner name MUHAMMAD SAIFUL SERVICES OF CIVIL EXPERTATION which was the initial business, specialised in civil engineering & construction, fabrication, landscape, mechanical & electrical work, manpower supply and maintenance. M.S.S.C.E. has evolved to become an integrated services and solution provider, across major cities in Malaysia.
